CCNA member set-up 1 - Usernames and passwords

1. You must take steps to remember your Username and password.

  • You would never say I can't do your wedding, because "I can't remember my A number"!
  • So why let yourself off the hook with Usernames and Passwords?
    Computers won't bite :-)
  • NB  You will waste 90% of your CCNA membership by not being able to login.

2. Some suggestions:

  • Create an email with our usernames & passwords, and save in Drafts Folder
  • Know how to get into your security settings to see your Usernames and Passwords
  • Create a spreadsheet for your usernames & passwords
  • Use the same username and password for all non-essential websites
  • Sticky tape the Username and Password to your computer.

3. Find out how to make your Browser (suggest Firefox) remember your Usernames & Passwords for you 

4. Make sure all the CCNA Websites are in your Bookmarks or Favourites Folders, so you can get to them quickly

5. Know how to work between two or more Tabs (In your Browser, click FILE, slect NEW TAB)

If you have any troubles, the best thing to do is to contact us, with what you want as

  • Your  Username, and
  • Your  Password

and we will reset. Better than getting confused with a lot of gobbygook passwords etc etc.
