| History |
The Civil Celebrations Network is one of the newer associations with civil celebrants as members and affiliates who are committed to the aims of the association. |

Association Objectives
|
(1) To improve the health and well being of all citizens by promoting civil ceremonies and celebrations to celebrate respectful caring family, friendship and other relationships in the context of various rites of passage and other significant events for individuals, families, and communities (2) Promote and support the role celebrants can play in the promotion and protection of civil rights and responsibilities for all citizens, irrespective of their ethnicity, cultural background, age, gender, sexual orientation, ability, education, economic standing, and religious and/ or spiritual beliefs (3) Network with government, community groups, non-profit organizations and where appropriate for-profit organizations that support civil rights principles for the development and maintenance of the above objectives |

$ 5 to join; $ 10 pa for CCN Inc membership
NOTE: Join the CCNA for specific celebrant support.
- Celebrant Subscriptions may be taken in the main Celebrants Directory or the Funeral Specific Celebrant Directory.
- CCNA fees include CCN Inc membership fees, if a written application for membership is made.

Why are fees low?
Because
- the CCN Inc wants to encourage other professionals, parents and families to support the work of civil celebrants in providing ceremonies with bring people together in inclusive ways.
Because it is assumed that
- most professional celebrants want a voice in government proposals that affect their ability to operate their celebrancy practices
NOTE: CCN INC memberships does not grant access to the CCNA websites or resources.

- Wedding Anniversaries and Birthdays for 25+ and their families

- Recognition of Committed Caring Relationships Project:
- A National Civil Unions Program and / or - Marriage for Adult Heterosexual, Same Sex Attracted, Bisexual, Trans & Intersex Couples
- "Add a Ceremony to a Celebration" project
