A web presence

Australians are very big users of the internet - young and older alike.

So every celebrant needs a web presence


.... how much you spend depends on your budget and how cost effective it will be for you

... but getting started does not have to cost you an arm and a leg !!
While you sort out what and how you want to do this ... consider

Using your CCNA Directory Listing Page as a one page website !
  • it will get ranked by Google and the other search engines
  • will take at least an A4 page of text and more.
  • has 5 free images gallery and contact information options
  • extra Listing photo if you have Deluxe.
  • it has a web address just like a domain name, only longer and more complex 
  • it could be put on all your email signatures out to potential couples and families

Your CCNA Directory Listing's address will be something like:

http://www.accn.com.au/directory/directory-area/your-listing-name/ number

FOR EXAMPLE :

Our sample listing's name is Sam PL Celebrant and its CCNA Directory Listing web page address is

https://www.celebrants.org.au/celebrant-directory/nsw/bowral-and-southern-highlands/marriage-celebrants/sam-pl-celebrant_534/

Your CCNA Directory Listing's web address is the one that comes up in your browser, when you click the heading of your listing.

Such a mouth full, but easily fixed.

Consider ... buying your own Domain Name and point it to your CCNA Webpage !!

A domain name costs approx. $ 20 - 25 pa with a Domain Manager/ Pointer..
- less expensive if you can organise your own.

To have your own website you will need to purchase a domain name anyway, so for a little extra  gives you the chance to
- set up your business cards
- set up simpler Yellow Page and other advertising
- set up letterheads and information packs etc
with a domain name that does not need to change

If you want more than one page the CCNA sells low cost Wordpress websites 

Therefore

  1. The sooner you make the most of your CCNA Directory Listing .... the faster it will be picked up and ranked

Note:
The little http:// just helps some email to browsers to let people click on the address in your email and go straight to your page.

( I am not sure why ... one of those IT things I've not got to the bottom of :-( as yet )
