Celebrant background: My love of language and public speaking was developed during the many years I worked as a library manager for major NSW Libraries. I qualified as a Civil Celebrant in 2008, and have completed further training in conducting Funerals and other ceremonies.
I share my life with my husband Joe and our much loved four legged friends.
Joe and I have moved back to the Clarence Valley, and are settling in to our heritage home in Grafton. Joe is a born and bred Clarence lad, and I have lived in both Brooms Head and Lawrence during my time at Grafton Library.

Why I'm a celebrant: I unashamedly love weddings.
I love the magic that happens as two people who are in love, say their vows. In that moment, magic happens, and I truly love being a part of that moment.
I have been privileged to conduct many funerals now, and I really enjoy being able to farewell a loved one with grace and style, always ensuring that the person's true character and achievements are recognised.

Treasured memories: I couldn't choose just one. My favourite ceremonies have wonderful spontaneous moments, much laughter, some tears of joy and a real sense of ceremony.
Tips : Breathe and enjoy your ceremony. Take time to look around at the amazing friends and family who have come to support you on your big day. Laugh lots.
and I'd like to say: As you might have gathered, I am not staid and I love creating delightful, dynamic, meaningful ceremonies. Your wedding ceremony is what makes your wedding a marriage.........and I really enjoy working with couples to create their special ceremony. Same goes for all other ceremonies !
