This page shows you how to add an image to your Forums Posts.

This is not the same image as the one that displays in your Directory Entry.

Also notes there are instructions on adding an images into a Forum post in

Forum Image (not the same place as the one on your directory listings)

  1. Remember to LOG IN
  2. Click on FORUMS
  3. Click on USER CONTROL PANEL (just below Board Index)
  4. Click PROFILE (left hand drop-down menu)
  5. Choose EDIT AVATAR (this is another name for profile image) - (right hand drop-down menu)

1. Uploading from your own image from your computer

NOTE: The BEST way to add your image here is via Your Account

  • The Account method allows for somewhat larger images. Too big (eg 300dpi) or larger width/ height than 140 pixels - the website will reject the image.
  • You can open your image on screen, shrink the size and then take a screen shot.
  • See Section for Web Novices on how to do these tasks. You need to be logged in to view this section.
  • If you have hassles with this, send your image to our webmaster - admin @ celebrations.org.au for re-sizing.

Alternatively this can be added via the Forums 

Images size no bigger than 140 x 140 pixels - contact us if you are not able to resize your image.

  1. Remember to LOG IN

1. locate where the image is in your computer and select
- Note: This view is for a MAC computer - a PC will look slightly different

2. locate the Image file

  • Click Open
  • Click UPLOAD 
  • Click SUBMIT

2. If you choose from the DISPLAY GALLERY 

You may use an image from the Display Gallery as a temporary one.
