Entry listing image details

This task involves your choosing an image to add to your directory entry.

What image to choose?

It is not essential to have an image by a professional photographer, however the image should be:

1 - of you - looking happy and professional

2 - clear (not pixilated or blurry)

3 - close up or with an interesting background.
(If with a group of people,  it should be obvious which one is you)

What size image is needed for the Listing Image?

The Celebrant Directory is set to load an square image of 800 x 800 pixels

So you need to make your image that size.

Please note:  You need to resize larger images down in size to keep the clarity (i.e. trying to make a small image larger will make it fuzzier )

If you need assistance with resizing:

The directory software will automatically resize the image so all are the same size in the directory category list.

If you do not have software for resizing your images, this app called Canva may work for you.

Another is called  Easy PhotoEdit

You install the software, upload your image, resize to the size  required then download into your computer.

Then login to your entry and upload the resized image.

The Celebrants Network has made a video tutorial to give you an idea of how to manage this:  Click Here
