Even though I don’t make the dresses any more, I am handy with a needle and thread and have been known to bring my emergency sewing kit to the ceremony or take a hem up or shorten a strap the day before the wedding.My aim is to get to know the bride and groom’s unique personalities and design their ceremony around their wishes.

Whether you want simple, fancy, fun, romantic, traditional or something totally out of the box, I will aim to make your ceremony something that you will remember for the rest of your lives.

Why I'm a celebrant: I am a strong advocate for marriage equality and enjoy the pure joy that comes from binding two loving hearts together. Being a celebrant opens the doors for other ceremonies including, renewal of vows, life celebrations, child naming ceremonies and life commitments.

I adore my job, how can you not when you are surrounded by people that are in love, wanting to re commit because they are still in love or the greatest happiness of all, naming their child born out of love.

Tips : Try and keep the planning as simple and stress free as possible. Treasured words from my dad when I was young and sitting in the back of the limo on the way to my own wedding were" just think of the day as one big party with all your friends and family who love you so much.If it rains or anything goes wrong on the day, it doesnt matter because everyone is there for you in your corner.Least of all it will give you something to laugh about in years to come." Wise words dad.
