Celebrant background: ???? Celebrating Love & Life with Marion Way ????

Hello, to my wonderful community! I'm Marion Way, a proud civil marriage celebrant with a heart full of authenticity and a deep love for all my fellow humans. After dedicating over 46 years as a registered nurse, my journey has brought me to this beautiful chapter of celebrating love in its purest form.

Born and raised in the charming town of Lockhart, I began my nursing journey at WWBH, where I learned the true essence of care and compassion. Now, as a celebrant, I bring those same values to each ceremony, ensuring your special day is as unique and heartfelt as your love story.

Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, I'm here to help make your day truly unforgettable. Let's create beautiful memories together! ????

Why I'm a celebrant: Choosing to become a celebrant was a natural progression for me, driven by my lifelong passion for connecting with people and celebrating the milestones that define our lives. After over 46 years as a registered nurse, where I had the privilege of caring for individuals and their families, I wanted to continue making a positive impact in a different, yet equally meaningful way.

As a celebrant, I have the opportunity to be part of one of the most joyous occasions in people's lives. I get to witness and honour the love stories that bring people together, and help create ceremonies that reflect their unique journeys and values. It’s incredibly fulfilling to craft moments that are not only memorable but also deeply personal and authentic.

This role allows me to blend my nurturing spirit, honed through decades of nursing, with my passion for storytelling and celebration. It’s a beautiful way to continue serving my community, bringing joy, love, and authenticity to every ceremony I have the honour to officiate.
Treasured memories: Treasured memories are the moments that etch themselves into our hearts, shaping who we are and how we see the world. They are the laughter shared with loved ones, the quiet moments of reflection, and the milestones that mark our journeys. These memories are the threads that weave together the tapestry of our lives, reminding us of the beauty, love, and connections we've experienced.

For me, treasured memories include the countless stories shared with patients during my nursing career, each one a testament to resilience and hope. Now, as a celebrant, I have the privilege of helping others create their own cherished memories, whether it's the exchange of vows, a shared smile, or the joyful tears of a family coming together.

These memories are not just moments in time; they are the essence of our lives, reminding us of where we've been and inspiring us for the road ahead. What are some of your most treasured memories? I'd love to hear your stories! ????
