Celebrant background: Before I entered this whirlwind of a career, I owned and operated a small independent book shop for 26 years, in the coastal Queensland town where I live. I've always been surrounded by books and words and being my own boss seems to suit my independent nature.

Celebrant background: I have worked in a number of different areas in my life, starting out with secretarial and accounting before having children. I then worked for the Premier of Tasmania for a few years before moving to Queensland and then working in the agricultural industry.

Celebrant background: I am a Celebrant in spectacular Central Queensland.
I came into this wonderful profession after a previous life in health care. I cannot believe my good fortune, to now be involved in the intimate lives of so many fabulous people.

Celebrant background: I’ve been a registered Marriage Celebrant since 2008. I absolutely love my role as a Celebrant and I am passionate about creating and officiating the perfect ceremony for my couples.

Celebrant background: I am a local JP with a background in customer service, which has given me a great rapport with clients from a diverse range of backgrounds. I have only recently( in 2019) become a celebrant and I am loving every moment and only wished I had become one sooner.

Celebrant background: I have only recently in 2019 become a celebrant. I surprised myself by really loving being able to tell a persons story with their funeral. I think everyone has a story to tell of their life on earth, and it is nice to be able to tell it as dignified and as loving as possible.

Celebrant background: After 30 years as small business owners in our home town of Gladstone, Central Queensland, my husband and I are finding ourselves living in two worlds!
