Celebrant background: While I spent many years in Accounting, Auditing, Sales and Marketing, I was still looking for a career of passion! My lightbulb moment came few years ago after being a guest at a Celebrant-led wedding in their own home in Sydney, and marvelling at what a truly personalised Ceremony can feel and look like.

Celebrant background: I chose to become a civil marriage celebrant over ten years ago after a career in education in SA, NT and ACT. I always loved celebrating life's milestone moments - the achievements and graduations that are part of school life.

Celebrant background: After many years in federal government I am now semi retired and enjoying more time with my family and being part of the community.

Celebrant background: I am a registered marriage celebrant available in the Canberra and Southern Highlands regions. I offer marriage ceremony, renewal of vows and naming ceremony services to all couples.

I have a very diverse skill set thanks to my parents who started preparing me for professional life early. I was born into the hospitality industry and was pulling beers in our pubs by the time I was 8 years old and was continually shown how to operate a business from a young age, part of being a family business, but all this set me up with so many useful skills that I have been able to transfer to all facets of my professional life. I love organising things, meeting with people and helping them expand on their ideas and development. I am very passionate about developing the skills of young people aged between 15 and 25yrs.

I became a celebrant so I could share my passion and love with others by providing a service that is unique and precious. Each ceremony I create is tailored specifically to your wishes to ensure that your special day is everything you have ever dreamed of.

Celebrant background: In the early 2000’s I left my public service job and fulfilled my dream of creating a website to help Canberrans make every occasion special and the original Canberra Occasions was born. The website was full of tips and tricks and more importantly links to local businesses (many of them micro businesses) that could help you make the event special.
